You agree to use Hype GPS Tracker services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable privacy, tracking and data regulations.
You must have the necessary consent or legal authority before tracking a person, vehicle, pet or asset.
2. Account registration
Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Device and service limitations
GPS devices and applications require suitable GPS, mobile network and internet availability. Real-time updates may vary because of location, signal coverage, device installation, hardware limitations or third-party networks.
No location technology is guaranteed to operate without interruption in every environment.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Certain devices and services require a recurring SIM, data, platform or software plan. Pricing and validity are shared before activation.
Failure to renew a required plan can suspend live tracking and connected services.
5. Returns, warranty and replacements
Eligible returns and replacements are governed by the Return & Replacement Policy and the warranty stated on the relevant product page.
Damage caused by misuse, tampering, incorrect installation, accident or unauthorized repair may not be covered.
6. Data privacy
Location, account and usage data are handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge the data practices described there.
7. Prohibited use
- Tracking individuals without appropriate consent or authority
- Using the service for an illegal, deceptive or harmful purpose
- Tampering with, reverse-engineering or damaging software or hardware
- Attempting unauthorized access to another customer account or data
8. Intellectual property
Hype GPS Tracker branding, software, interfaces, documentation and original content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hype GPS Tracker is not responsible for indirect loss caused by GPS or network outages, unauthorized use, incorrect installation, customer misuse or circumstances outside reasonable control.
